With over 25 years of experience as a coach, entrepreneur, and servant leader, I am the President of Placers, a company that provides custom workforce solutions and helps customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region build and manage contingent workforce challenges. Placers is a multi-year honoree of the prestigious Inc. 5000 award, recognized as Delaware’s 10th fastest-growing business in 2022, and a Top Place To Work in Delaware in 2023. I am also the recipient of the 2020 Delaware Small Business Person of the Year and the co-author of Opposite The Crowd, a book that reveals a maverick business philosophy.
